Torqued Auto is run by Carlos Medina, a mechanic who grew up in his grandfather's shop on the west side of Denver. After working at dealerships and watching customers get overcharged for simple repairs, he decided to do things differently.

Carlos opened Torqued with one rule: never recommend work that isn't needed. That rule still guides our team of five technicians — we show you what we found, explain your options, and only do the work you approve.
